Sassy Mare’s first endeavor into both documentary and comedy, Ghost Gang is a group of friends, looking for evidence of the paranormal through the use of humor and ghost hunting tools and methodology. Each episode, the lead investigators, Jesse & Eric -- who may be inexperienced -- are brought to paranormal locations completely blind, only learning what they've gotten into once the cameras roll. But, with research and guidance from the Sassy Mare team, they're eager to learn the ropes and the stories that surround these places
An outdoorsman is spending a relaxing day at an isolated fishing hole. However, after losing a promising bite on his line and taking a moment to enjoy his lunch, the fisherman is pulled into a horrifying fight for his life with an unseen predator in the water that has turned the tables on him. About Sassy Mare
After many years working on films, pilots, commercials, music videos, shorts, video games and more, in 2017, filmmakers Casey Fitzgerald and Justin Moriarty established Sassy Mare Productions as a home for their own work and a banner under which other artists and collaborators could proudly exhibit a particular brand of thought-provoking work that isn't afraid of the dark.
Since then, they have created and produced numerous award-winning short films and web series that have screened at festivals online and around the world. However, the true reward for this team has been building a brand that can champion content that has attitude, that can be playful, that speaks to our hearts and minds while terrifying or delighting the senses. Sassy Mare is honored to be part of the indie film community they love, and is always looking forward to the next project and new collaborations.
